A life coach will help you focus on what is important to you. You will break down your intention into tangible goals and specific actions to take in between sessions. You may miss things when caught up in the busy-ness of your life. A coach can offer insight on how to move things forward. For example, all tennis champions have a coach to help them master their game, so a life coach helps you master the game of life.
Spiritual coaching brings in the spiritual dimension, or as I like to call it, the soul's journey. This goes beyond just simply identifying goals and meeting them. Spiritual coaching examines your goals to see if they are in line with your soul's higher purpose. This alignment gives a richer dimension and meaning to your life experience.
This is coaching that stems from the belief that you are a spiritual being having a human experience. That is to say, your true nature is your soul, and you are a magnificent expression of the Divine. My coaching prioritizes living a soul-satisfying life over ego gratification. We listen to your soul's desires and work from that place.
There are two main things to look for. First, look to see if the coach has the right approach for you, the right set of tools. Secondly, make sure that you have good rapport with your coach, someone that you trust to open up to and share your vulnerability. It is helpful if your coach has gone through similar challenges to what you are facing.
You will be challenged to examine your beliefs and assumptions about life and yourself. This requires open, honest reflection, and your willingness to tell the truth about your role in what is not working. This gives you an opportunity to create new beliefs and assumptions and live your life fully from there. You will be challenged to release limiting beliefs that no longer serve you and focus on the new life you are creating.
Oneness of all Life. God (aka the creator, Spirit, Source, Life, the Divine) manifests as the entire cosmos; It is an integral part of all Life.
The Soul is how we refer to our Spiritual nature, the aspect of God that is in all of us. The Soul is an individual manifestation of God.
God desires to express through and as us. The soul is our access to God’s desires, our purpose for this life.
Before incarnating, we have a conversation with God, ascended masters, ect.to determine our life’s purpose. This is our overarching purpose, it is not a complete detailed map of our lives. It may include specific karma to' work off from previous lives.
This conversation includes the other Souls who will play key roles in our lives, such as our family, BFFs, teachers, mentors and partners. These conversations continue throughout our lives as new opportunities present themselves.
The Soul does not have free will, it desires only to fulfill its purpose per its conversation with the creator.
The soul encapsulates into the ego-mind, the human being that is born into the world with certain traits embedded in their DNA. These are traits that help the soul accomplish its mission.
The ego-mind does have free will. It is free to choose whether to get on board with the soul’s purpose. Much of the inner conflict and feeling of dissatisfaction in our lives is due to going off-purpose.
There are many pathways to knowing our soul’s purpose.
Given that we are individual manifestations of the creator, we are imbued with its qualities, including the ability to create. We create with the power of our word (per Bible: In the beginning was the word…)
